Transport

If you, or a member of your family or community, have suitable transport and would like to transport yourself then we can accompany you for reassurance and guidance. Suitable transport is any vehicle with enough space, with the seats folded down if necessary, to lie a body flat or for a coffin. 6 feet is usually sufficient, and available in most estate cars. 

We can provide a van (with driver) to assist you to take someone home from a hospital, hospice or care home after their last breath to their home or another location.

We can also provide the van for transport from home to their burial place or crematorium.
